The Work that Reconnects: Nurturing Community and Purpose

$125.00. Led by Chelsea Moyer

Join us for an interactive workshop and supportive process to tend to our hopes and fears amidst the climate crisis. We will journey through the “Spiral of Healing’s” four stages:  coming from gratitude, honoring our pain for the world, seeing with new and ancient eyes, and going forth.

In this journey, we will seek to remember the value of our emotional landscape, reconnect with our inner resources, and support one another to embody our unique, life-giving contributions to the world.

Activities include mindfulness and embodiment exercises, journaling, creative expression, and a grief ritual, as well as facilitated sharing and discussion. We invite you to come gather with other like-hearted people committed to active hope during these “chaotic times of great possibility.”

This workshop is open and accommodating to people with different physical abilities. Physical demands include gentle walking of 1 mile or less. We will spend more time sitting and standing than walking.

Each participant will receive Active Hope: How to Face the Mess We’re in with Unexpected Resilience and Creative Power included with registration.

Class size is limited, and advanced registration is required. Those who register will receive more detailed information and directions via email.
