Sponsor a Tree in Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park

Sponsor a tree as a living legacy in memory of a loved one, as a unique gift, or to celebrate a special occasion. Your sponsorship gift will help fund educational experiences that inspire the protection of our State Parks. 

More About Sponsoring a Tree

When you Sponsor a Tree, Mountain Parks Foundation will create a special Legacy Packet for you that includes information about your special tree, a photo, GPS coordinates, and a personalized memorial keepsake.

Any species of tree in Henry Cowell or Fall Creek can be sponsored. Sponsorship levels begin at $500 with many options available.  Levels are determined by the age, size, and location of the tree. Redwood Grove Trees

For a donation of $10,000, sponsor any species of tree that is trail accessible within the main Redwood Grove at Henry Cowell.

Landmark Trees

For $15,000, sponsor any species of tree in Henry Cowell or Fall Creek that holds a significant place in the park’s history, for example the “Roosevelt Tree” in Henry Cowell and “Big Ben” in Fall Creek.

Redwood Loop Trail Trees

For a gift of $25,000, sponsor any of the trees that are listed on the Redwood Loop Trail Guide map, for example “The Giant” and “The Fremont Tree” in Henry Cowell.
