Breathwork is a form of active meditation using conscious connected breathing. It is an influential tool to help you quiet your mind and release stuck energy, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of connection. You will be expertly guided on a powerful journey designed to help you let go of the mind and drop into your body.
This course is appropriate for everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. No previous experience required, just a desire to explore within. We will walk approximately ½ mile to reach our breathwork location on a mostly flat trail with some uneven surfaces. The breathwork session itself is done while lying on the forest floor.
