We will walk to powerful locations in the park and experience the energy of the elements.
In each location, we will practice Qi Gong to complement the energy of nature and nourish our internal energy. Qi Gong is an ancient healing practice that combines breath, movement, and mindfulness. Expect to feel a lessening of stress, an increase in peaceful, calm energy, and renewed appreciation for the healing power of the forest.
This course is appropriate for all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. We will walk approximately 2 miles at a gentle pace with a mild incline and some uneven surfaces.
